Kishanpur
Sanctuary was set up in 1972. This is spread over an area
of 227 sq.kms. It houses tiger, leopard and swamp deer.
HOW
TO GET THERE
One can find the nearest railhead
the Mailani railhead, which is 3 kms away from the sanctuary,
it is situated on the north-eastern railway's metre gauge
section. It is connected by road to all parts of Uttar
Pradesh, also bus services are provided with Barelli,
Lakhimpur-Kheri district and to other parts of the area.
